Let's say you receive an email with this information in the signature file:

You'd like to get Mary's contact information into Microsoft Outlook. To do this, you would have to copy and paste each item.
I found a software application that makes it so much easier. With it, all you do is highlight Mary's contact information and click a couple of keys. The software will (1) open Outlook, (2) create a new contact for Mary, and (3) place all her contact information in the appropriate fields.
In addition to Outlook, it also works with Salesforce, Palm, Netsuite, Jigsaw, and Tablet PC.
