In this post, I shared a tip from my PowerPoint With Pizazz! class.
This tip shows you how to create a custom slide show in a PowerPoint 2003 presentation.
PowerPoint's Custom Slide Show feature allows you to use the specific slides from a single presentation in a customized presentation.
This is a very handy feature. Instead of having to sync several PowerPoint presentations, you keep all of the information you need in one presentation.
Creating a custom PowerPoint slide show (version 2007)
- Open the PowerPoint presentation.
- From the Slide Show tab, click Custom Slide Show, then Custom Shows.
- Click the New button.
- Next to Slide Show Name, type of the name of your custom slide show.
- Double-click the names of the slides to select the ones you want to add to the custom slide show.
- Click OK, then Close.
Running a custom slide show (version 2007).
- From the Slide show tab, click Custom Slide Show, then the name of the Custom show.
